释义	律师分析: 初次就业是指第一次就业，如果复员退伍军人、军队转业干部安置部门安置进了一家单位，由于各种原因离开这家单位然后另找一份工作。即使他后来的工作符合政府安置条件，但是由于已经不是初次，所以他的军龄不能视作这家公司的连续工作年限，有关本单位服务年限可以享受的待遇，他只能从进入这家单位开始计算。但是他的军龄能算入累计工作年限。【法律依据】: 《事业但我人事管理条例》第十三条初次就业的工作人员与事业单位订立的聘用合同期限三年以上的，试用期为十二个月。
