释义	法律分析：不能使用。一般颁发新的户口本时，旧的户口簿是要收回去的，或者派出所在换发新证的时候在旧的户口本上加盖某一页的注销章。法律依据：《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第十七条户口登记的内容需要变更或者更正的时候，由户主或者本人向户口登记机关申报；户口登记机关审查属实后予以变更或者更正。户口登记机关认为必要的时候，可以向申请人索取有关变更或者更正的证明。
