释义	转继承的条件：转继承必须在继承人于被继承人死亡后遗产分割前死亡或者继承人未丧失继承权，也未放弃继承权的才可以转继承。转继承人继承的是继承人的应继财产。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百五十二条继承开始后，继承人于遗产分割前死亡，并没有放弃继承的，该继承人应当继承的遗产转给其继承人，但是遗嘱另有安排的除外。《最高人民法院关于适用继承编的解释(一)》第三十八条继承开始后，受遗赠人表示接受遗赠，并于遗产分割前死亡的，其接受遗赠的权利转移给他的继承人
