释义	法律分析：哺乳假从宝宝出生到宝宝满一周岁截止，一般规定是每天一个小时，可以合起来用也可以分成两次半个小时用，如果生育的是多胞胎的话应当适当延长，一般而言是多一个婴儿每天多延长一个小时，且哺乳时间算入劳动时间，会计算工资。法律依据：《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第九条对哺乳未满1周岁婴儿的女职工，用人单位不得延长劳动时间或者安排夜班劳动。用人单位应当在每天的劳动时间内为哺乳期女职工安排1小时哺乳时间；女职工生育多胞胎的，每多哺乳1个婴儿每天增加1小时哺乳时间。
