释义	法律分析：最低工资的标准，是采取小时最低工资标准以及月最低工资标准。全日制的劳动者，适用月最低工资标准；而兼职职工比较适合小时最低工资标准。最低工资标准，就是单位在法定的工作时间内、或者是劳动合同内所规定的工作时间之内，以劳动者提供正常的劳动为前提，依法应该给劳动者支付的最低劳动报酬。法律依据：《最低工资规定》第三条本规定所称最低工资标准，是指劳动者在法定工作时间或依法签订的劳动合同约定的工作时间内提供了正常劳动的前提下，用人单位依法应支付的最低劳动报酬。
