释义	法律分析：表见代理，是指虽然行为人事实上无代理权，但相对人有理由认为行为人有代理权而与其进行法律行为，其行为的法律后果由被代理人承担的代理。表见代理从广义上看也是无权代理，但是为了保护善意第三人的信赖利益与交易的安全，法律强制被代理人承担其法律后果。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百七十二条行为人没有代理权、超越代理权或者代理权终止后，仍然实施代理行为，相对人有理由相信行为人有代理权的，代理行为有效。
