释义	法律分析：遗赠抚养协议不是必须公证，不公证也具备法律效力。遗赠抚养协议有两种: 一种是公民与公民签订的遗赠扶养协议，另种是公民与集体经济组织签订的遗赠扶养协议。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十三条自然人可以依照本法规定立遗嘱处分个人财产，并可以指定遗嘱执行人。自然人可以立遗嘱将个人财产指定由法定继承人中的一人或者数人继承。自然人可以立遗嘱将个人财产赠与国家、集体或者法定继承人以外的组织、个人。自然人可以依法设立遗嘱信托。
