释义	法律分析：如果法院开庭的时间原告刚好不能到场有正当理由可以申请延期审理，无正当理由可以按撤诉处理，被告反诉的缺席判决。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百三十二条有下列情形之一的，可以延期开庭审理：（一）必须到庭的当事人和其他诉讼参与人有正当理由没有到庭的；（二）当事人应当在出现无法出庭事由法院确定的开庭日前向审理案件的法庭申请延期开庭。第一百四十三条原告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以按撤诉处理；被告反诉的，可以缺席判决。
