释义	法律分析：起诉离婚必须要本人去起诉。一般可以委托律师代替办离婚手续，但是本人必须到场签字。协议离婚的，要双方带身份证，户口本，结婚证等，一起到其中一方户籍所在地的民政局签字办离婚手续。起诉离婚的，可以委托律师参与庭审，但是当事人必须出席庭审。因为最后要双方在法院判决书上签字。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第六十二条离婚案件有诉讼代理人的，本人除不能表达意思的以外，仍应出庭；确因特殊情况无法出庭的，必须向人民法院提交书面意见。
