写了收条没有实际拿到钱 -法律知识

法律分析：
签了收条,从法律上已经证明取得收条所列款项。如果没有实际收到钱,要提出证据用以否定收条的法律效力。如果不能提供证据,法律上视为已经收到钱。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百一十六条 当事人行使选择权应当及时通知对方，通知到达对方时，标的确定。标的确定后不得变更，但是经对方同意的除外。可选择的标的发生不能履行情形的，享有选择权的当事人不得选择不能履行的标的，但是该不能履行的情形是由对方造成的除外。
