释义	继承过户费规定要缴纳印花税与工本费，法定继承人(包括配偶、子女、父母、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母)继承土地、房屋权属，不征契税。如果房产继承进行公证的要收公证费的，按继承面积的2%收取。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十二条遗产是自然人死亡时遗留的个人合法财产。依照法律规定或者根据其性质不得继承的遗产，不得继承。第一千一百五十九条分割遗产，应当清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务；但是，应当为缺乏劳动能力又没有生活来源的继承人保留必要的遗产。
