释义	法律分析：没有辞快工的规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十三条本编调整因合同产生的民事关系。第四百六十四条合同是民事主体之间设立、变更、终止民事法律关系的协议。婚姻、收养、监护等有关身份关系的协议，适用有关该身份关系的法律规定；没有规定的，可以根据其性质事业单位劳务派遣是不可以随时辞职的，根据我国法律规定，对于正式员工在劳务派遣时间需要辞职的，应当提前30天向用人单位提出，如果是试用期也应当提前三天向用人单位提出，具体情况结合实际而定。参照适用本编规定。
