释义	1、承诺期限没有具体的要求，当事人之间可以约定要约的承诺期限。如果要约没有确定承诺期限的，承诺应当依照下列规定到达： (1)要约以对话方式作出的，应当即时作出承诺; (2)要约以非对话方式作出的，承诺应当在合理期限内到达。 2、要约的有效期间是要约效力的存续期间，也是受要约人可以承诺的时间，所以又称之为承诺期限。在此期间之内，受要约人如果予以承诺，则合同成立;超过此期间未为承诺，则要约失去效力。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百八十一条
