释义	法律分析：依法成立的合同，对当事人有法律约束力。当事人应当按照约定履行自己的义务，不得擅自变更或者解除合同。若当事人不在合同中约定一方当事人死亡后合同效力终止或者不将一方当事人死亡约定为对方当事人可以解除合同的条件并且行使合同解除权，合同权利义务还应继续存在。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百三十四条委托人死亡、终止或者受托人死亡、丧失民事行为能力、终止的，委托合同终止；但是，当事人另有约定或者根据委托事务的性质不宜终止的除外。
