释义	承兑到期后2年失效。商业承兑汇票的提示付款期是10天。在商业承兑汇票到期后，10天内提示付款。也就是说，如若商票持有人在商票到期10天后都没有向承兑人提示付款的话，就会导致该商业承兑汇票的提示付款权力失效。法律依据：《票据法》第六十一条汇票到期被拒绝付款的，持票人可以对背书人、出票人以及汇票的其他债务人行使追索权。商业承兑汇票的付款人开户银行收到通过委托收款寄来的商业承兑汇票，将商业承兑汇票留存，并及时通知付款人。
