商铺生意差可以提前退租吗？

法律分析：
商铺生意差不可以提前退租，但具体的还是要看双方是如何协商的。如果合同中有对租房后中途退房有明确规定的，应提前一个月通知对方，并按月租金的比例支付违约金；如果合同中没有规定的，可以和房东互相协商来解决租房后中途退房退还剩余租金的问题，经双方达成一致，则按约定的执行。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百七十七条 当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
