释义	法律主观：刑事诉讼中的拘留，称为刑事拘留。它是公安机关、人民检察院遇有紧急情况，暂时限制罪该逮捕的现行犯或重大嫌疑人的人身自由的一种强制方法根据《民事诉讼法》第14条的规定，我国民事诉讼中的检察监督原则有以下两个含义: 1.检察监督的对象是法院的审判活动，不包括当事人和其他诉讼参与人的诉讼活动。 2.检察监督的方式为事后监督。即法律文书生效后，如果检察院认为确有错误，可以依法提出抗诉，要求法院通过再审程序予以纠正。
