释义	劳动法中，没有独生子女可以请假照顾生病父母的规定。有关独生子女请假照顾生病的父母，目前只能按照请事假处理工薪问题。而这种请事假，无论是事假的时间，还是事假的工薪处理等问题，在国家法律层面，还没有统一的、明确的规定。法律依据：《劳动部关于贯彻执行〈中华人民共和国劳动法〉若干问题的意见》第五十九条职工患病或非因工负伤治疗期间；在规定的医疗期间内由企业按有关规定支付其病假工资或疾病救济费，病假工资或疾病救济费可以低于当地最低工资标准支付，但不能低于最低工资标准的80%。
