释义	法律分析：未经双方协商一致，任何无权私自更改合同，更改的部分无效，按原合同执行。合同一般为一式两份，如果对方私自改合同并不会产生法律效力，除非双方认可。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百九十五条债权人和债务人未经保证人书面同意，协商变更主债权债务合同内容，减轻债务的，保证人仍对变更后的债务承担保证责任；加重债务的，保证人对加重的部分不承担保证责任。债权人和债务人变更主债权债务合同的履行期限，未经保证人书面同意的，保证期间不受影响。
