释义	法律分析：不同的公证类型，收取的公证费用也各不相同，证明法律行为的一般而言按照比例收费，比如0.01%、0.1%、1%等；证明法律事实的，一般而言按件数收费200—1000元不等；证明有法律意义的文书一般而言500元左右。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》第四十六条公证费的收费标准由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府价格主管部门会同同级司法行政部门制定。第三十四条要求，当事人应当按照规定支付公证费。对符合法律援助条件的当事人，公证机构应当按照规定减免公证费。
