释义	法律分析：有两个，一个是被害人，另一个是检察院。重婚罪的被害人可以直接向人民法院提起刑事自诉。行为人构成重婚罪的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
