释义	法律分析: 债务转让一般需要书面协议，但是具体由当事人自行决定，法律没有强制性规定。债务人要将其债务部分或者全部转让的，应当取得债权人的同意，否则该转让行为无效，并且债务转让的，其从债务也会一并转让。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十一条债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人未作表示的，视为不同意。
