问题	未成年有过刑事案件可以当兵么？
释义	未成年犯罪的，不影响其成年后入伍。犯罪的时候不满十八周岁被判处五年有期徒刑以下刑罚的人，在入伍、就业的时候，免除向有关单位报告自己曾受过刑事处罚的义务。应当对相关犯罪记录予以封存。犯罪记录被封存的，不得向任何单位和个人提供，但司法机关为办案需要或者有关单位根据国家规定进行查询的除外。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第三百二十条未成年人犯罪的时候不满十八周岁，被判处五年有期徒刑以下刑罚的，公安机关应当依据人民法院已经生效的判决书，将该未成年人的犯罪记录予以封存。
