释义	法律分析：1、询问未成年证人有如下规定：（1）询问未成年的证人，应当针对未成年人的身心特点，采取不同于成年人的方式; （2）除有碍侦查或者无法通知的情形外，应当通知其家长、监护人或者教师到场; （3）询问可以在公安机关进行，也可以到未成年人的住所、单位、学校或者其他适当的地点进行。 2、法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百八十一条。
