释义	没到法定年龄不可以领结婚证。根据相关法律规定，结婚年龄男不得早于二十二周岁、女不得早于二十周岁。且若登记结婚的男女双方未达法定结婚年龄的，应当视为婚姻无效。男女申请结婚登记，如果其中有任何一方或者双方都没有达到法定结婚年龄的话，则此时是不会准许登记结婚，缔结合法婚姻关系。也就是说，在这种情况下，双方是无法领取到结婚证。而有一些虽然未到结婚年龄，但是却领到结婚证的，往往都是采取了一些欺骗手段，骗领到的结婚证。
