释义	法律分析: 分租是房主将一套房子分割租给不同的人;转租是租户将租用的房子再租给其他人。转租时需要承担的法律责任是承租人转租须经出租人同意，非经出租人同意承租人不得转租。我国合同法采用以当事人同意为衡量转租是否合法的标准，转租经出租人同意的，为合法转租，除此之外为非法转租。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百一十六条承租人对租赁物转租，承租人经出租人同意，可以将租赁物转租给第三人。承租人转租的，承租人与出租人之间的租赁合同继续有效;第三人造成租赁物损失的，承租人应当赔偿损失。
