劳务合同无底薪合法吗

释义

法律主观：

合法，作为用人单位，法律允许其与劳动者建立劳动关系或劳务关系。二者建立了劳动关系，劳动关系是指劳动者与用人单位依法签订劳动合同而在劳动者与用人单位之间产生的法律关系。劳动关系自用工之日起建立。而建立劳动关系，应当订立书面劳动合同。
