释义	法律分析：法院开庭一般不会通知家属，只需通知案件当事人。但下列案件需要通知家属参加诉讼：1、对于无民事行为能力人、限制民事行为能力人，需要通知其法定代理人参加诉讼；2、对于刑事案件，如果受害人已经死亡的，其近亲属提起附带民事诉讼的，通知其近亲属参加诉讼。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第五十七条无诉讼行为能力人由他的监护人作为法定代理人代为诉讼。法定代理人之间互相推诿代理责任的，由人民法院指定其中一人代为诉讼。
