释义	适龄儿童、少年到非户籍所在地接受义务教育的，经户籍所在地的县级教育主管部门或者乡级人民政府批准，可以按照居住地人民政府的有关规定申请借读。借读的适龄儿童、少年接受义务教育的年限，以其户籍所在地的规定为准。法律依据《义务教育法实施细则》第十四条规定：“适龄儿童、少年到非户籍所在地接受义务教育的，经户籍所在地的县级教育主管部门或者乡级人民政府批准，可以按照居住地人民政府的有关规定申请借读。借读的适龄儿童、少年接受义务教育的年限，以其户籍所在地的规定为准。”
