释义	企业公章从05年开始实行企业公章编号，行政公章上就有敬颂编号，没有编号的话基本可以认定假的。法律依据: 《印章治安管理办法》第十二条印章规格、式样、印文和质料按照国家有关规定执行。实行民族区域自治的地方，刻制的印章可以并刊汉字和相应的民族文字。印章不得单刊外文，因工作需要可中、外文并刊。需要刻制中、外文并刊印章的单位除持伏羡有本办法缺稿拍第八条规定的证明、文件外，还应提出书面申请，并到地、市级以上人民政府公安机关办理准刻手续。
