释义	法律分析：被胁迫婚姻是指行为人以给另一方当事人或者其近亲属的生命、身体健康、名誉、财产等方面造成损害为要挟，迫使另一方当事人违背真实意愿与之结婚的婚姻。可见，胁迫婚姻显然是违背了当事人的真实意愿，在法律层面也违反了我国婚姻自由的婚姻制度和原则。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十二条因胁迫结婚的，受胁迫的一方可以向人民法院请求撤销婚姻。请求撤销婚姻的，应当自胁迫行为终止之日起一年内提出。被非法限制人身自由的当事人请求撤销婚姻的，应当自恢复人身自由之日起一年内提出。
