释义	法律分析：工伤保险，是劳动者在工作中或在规定的特殊情况下，遭受意外伤害或患职业病导致暂时或永久丧失劳动能力以及死亡时，劳动者或其遗属从国家和社会获得物质帮助的一种社会保险制度。只是包括遭受工伤事故伤害和职业病，不包括重大疾病。重大疾病是医疗保险范畴，各地城镇职工基本医疗保险中都有补充重大疾病保险。法律依据：《工伤保险条例》第一条为了保障因工作遭受事故伤害或者患职业病的职工获得医疗救治和经济补偿，促进工伤预防和职业康复，分散用人单位的工伤风险，制定本条例。
