刑事案件中间人犯法吗

法律分析：诈骗案件中的中间人有法律责任。诈骗案件中的中间人明知是诈骗而参与的，属于诈骗案件中的共犯，按照共犯追究刑事责任；如果有证据证明该中间人确实不知道这是诈骗，该中间人不承担刑事责任，但是要承担民事赔偿责任。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》 第二百六十六条 诈骗罪是指以非法占有为目的，用虚构事实或者隐瞒真相的方法，骗取数额较大的公私财物的行为；诈骗罪侵犯对象不是骗取其他非法利益。其对象，也应排除金融机构的贷款。
