法律分析：不同于摧残肉体的家庭暴力行为，通常情况下，家庭冷暴力一般是通过暗示威胁、语言攻击、经济和性等手段，对被害者达到精神折磨甚至是摧残的结果。在实施家庭暴力的时候，大多数是男性针对女性。而在实施家庭冷暴力的时候，男女双方都有可能会成为实施家庭冷暴力的一方。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零七十六条 夫妻双方自愿离婚的，应当签订书面离婚协议，并亲自到婚姻登记机关申请离婚登记。离婚协议应当载明双方自愿离婚的意思表示和对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的意见。
