释义	法律分析: 我国相关法律并没有关于租房合同到期自动续签的规定。按照合同法的规定，到期不续签但继续租用，视为不定期租赁，您在终止合同前必须有合理的通知对方的期限即可。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百三十四条租赁期限届满，承租人继续使用租赁物，出租人没有提出异议的，原租赁合同继续有效，但是租赁期限为不定期。租赁期限届满，房屋承租人享有以同等条件优先承租的权利。
