释义	法律分析: 投保人一般情况下能解除合同。投保人是指与保险人订立保险合同，并按照合同约定负有支付保险费义务的人。但是，被保险人对部分保险合同享有最终决定权，对受益人的指定有最终决定权。因此，投保人虽然是保险合同的签约人，但这并不意味这投保人就是当事人，不是当然拥有合同解除权的主体。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国保险法》》第十五条除本法另有规定或者保险合同另有约定外，保险合同成立后，投保人可以解除合同，保险人不得解除合同。
