释义	法律分析：不需要。根据我国民法典的相关规定，自书遗嘱不需要见证人。自书遗嘱的有效要件只包括以下两方面：1、由遗嘱人亲笔书写，签名；2、注明年、月、日。无民事行为能力人或限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效，遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。只要遗嘱符合上述条件，且未存在否定事由，则有效。见证人是代书遗嘱、打印遗嘱等形式的遗嘱的有效事由。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十四条自书遗嘱由遗嘱人亲笔书写，签名，注明年、月、日。
