释义	法律分析：讯问女性方面的规定仅限于未成年女性，要求在开展讯问的时候，必须有女工作人员在场。另外，公安机关在讯问嫌疑人的时候，必须两人以上人员同时在场，要在看守所内完成。在讯问过程中，可以进行全程录音，并且在结束后应该形成讯问笔录。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百一十八条讯问犯罪嫌疑人必须由人民检察院或者公安机关的侦查人员负责进行。讯问的时候，侦查人员不得少于二人。犯罪嫌疑人被送交看守所羁押以后，侦查人员对其进行讯问，应当在看守所内进行。
