释义	法律分析：违法。律师是法律规定的一种特殊的社会职业，没有业余之说，更不可假冒。假冒律师，未造成严重损失的，公安机关处理，造成严重损失的，涉嫌诈骗罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国律师法》第四十六条冒充律师从事法律服务的，由公安机关责令停止非法执业，没收违法所得，可以并处五千元以下罚款、十五日以下拘留。没有取得律师执业证书，为牟取经济利益从事诉讼代理或者辩护业务的，由所在地的县级以上地方人民政府司法行政部门责令停止非法执业，没收违法所得，可以并处违法所得一倍以上五倍以下罚款。
