我国《律师法》第二条规定：本法所称律师，是指依法取得律师职业证书，为社会提供法律服务的执业人员。
根据行政规章《基层法律服务工作者管理办法》第二条规定：基层法律工作者是在基层法律服务所中执业，为社会提供法律服务的人员。
