释义	因一方婚前隐瞒乙肝，而主张婚姻无效不受法律支持。乙肝目前不属于医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病。如果以隐瞒乙肝为条件请求婚姻无效，法院不予支持。我国法律规定的无效婚姻情形不包括乙肝。如果觉得不合适，可以协议离婚。法律依据：《民法典》（2021年1月1日生效）第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。《民法典》第一千零五十三条一方患有重大疾病的，应当在结婚登记前如实告知另一方；不如实告知的，另一方可以向人民法院请求撤销婚姻。
