释义	法律分析：缓刑执行异地移交的条件是罪犯的住所发生了变化确实需要变更居住地，在这种情况下可以申请异地执行，否则的话，罪犯就应该在作出缓刑判决的法院所在地执行缓刑的考验期。如果犯罪嫌疑人的住所并不在本地，整个缓刑执行期也就只能异地移交，移交由司法部门完成。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第七十六条对宣告缓刑的犯罪分子，在缓刑考验期限内，依法实行社区矫正，如果没有本法第七十七条规定的情形，缓刑考验期满，原判的刑罚就不再执行，并公开予以宣告。
