释义	法律分析：合同有公章没有法人签字没有效。合同当事人在合同上签字是就有法律效力的，法律没有规定合同签字一定要配合盖章才生效，如企业的代表人在合同上签字，但是没有加盖企业公章，合同也是有效的。但是如果双方在合同中有明确的规定，合同在签字后必须要加盖公章之后才生效，那么只有企业的法定代表人签字，没有加盖企业公章的，合同不具有法律效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十六条劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。
