释义	法律分析：加班虽然都是延长工作时间，但其实也是有不同的情况。其中要是职工自愿加班的，此时单位是不需要支付加班费的。即只有在单位安排职工加班的情况下，才有义务支付相应的加班费。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第十三条用人单位在劳动者完成劳动定额或规定的工作任务后，根据实际需要安排劳动者在法定标准工作时间以外工作的，应分别按150%、200%、300%支付劳动者的工资。因此，加班加点工资是在法定标准工作时间以外劳动者所从事的劳动而支付的报酬。
