释义	有的地区是每年四月开始调整,有的是七月,还有的地区不跨年度,每年的一月。无论是几月调整,都得等当地当年的社平薪资数额公布后,从规章的调整月开始多退少补。社会平均薪资的60%--300%为缴纳基数，比如社会平均薪资是1000元，缴纳的基数可以是600元--3000元。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第六十二条用人单位未按规章申报应当缴纳的社会保险费数额的，按照该单位上月缴费额的百分之一百一十确定应当缴纳数额；缴费单位补办申报手续后，由社会保险费征收机构按照规章结算。
