依专利法规定，申请人把申请文件直接递交到专利局受理处或者代办处的，经当场审查，凡符合受理条件的，其提交日就确定为申请日。申请人邮寄的申请文件，凡符合受理条件的，以邮件寄出日为申请日。申请日确定后，不能随便更改。”
