释义	法律分析：并存的债务承担，又称债务加入，指债务人并不脱离合同关系，而由第三人与债务人共同承担债务。并存的债务承担成立后，债务人与第三人成为连带债务人。第三人承担债务原则上不需取得债权人的同意，债务人或者第三人向债权人发出债务承担的通知即可。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十二条第三人与债务人约定加入债务并通知债权人，或者第三人向债权人表示愿意加入债务，债权人未在合理期限内明确拒绝的，债权人可以请求第三人在其愿意承担的债务范围内和债务人承担连带债务。
