物业公司印花税的计税依据怎么算

释义

法律主观：

有的包括有的不包括。如果合同是标注不含增值税的价款，印花税以不含税金额计算。如果合同只注明含税总金额，则印花税以总额计算。凡是签订的订货合同，分别填写价款、税款的，仅就价款数额计税贴花。实行新税制后，有的购销合同含有增值税。

法律客观：

《中华人民共和国印花税暂行条例》第18条按金额比例贴花的应税凭证，未标明金额的，应按照凭证所载数量及国家牌价计算金额；没有国家牌价的，按市场价格计算金额，然后按规定税率计算应纳税额。
