二审书面审理会改判吗 -法律知识
释义
法律分析：
一般不会。 一般情况下,若有新证据,一定开庭质证;另外,二审法院若有改判意图的案件,也要倾听控辩双方的意见,也要开庭。如果是书面审,基本没有改判的可能。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》 第一百九十九条 当事人对已经发生法律效力的判决、裁定，认为有错误的，可以向上一级人民法院申请再审;当事人一方人数众多或者当事人双方为公民的案件，也可以向原审人民法院申请再审。当事人申请再审的，不停止判决、裁定的执行。
