释义	法律分析：中国古时候是大家庭制度，现在没有了，现在讲家，概念很模糊。中国古书里头讲的家，跟现在的家不是一样的，是一个家族生活在一起，不分家的，兄弟不分家。因而有家规。法律依据：《弟子规》第一百一十三条共同的家规，人人必须要遵守，全家从小到老各个人都要遵守，不是只管小孩。弟子两个字意思很深，弟是年龄比较小的，子是儿女一代的，我们对自己的父母就是弟子，我们的父母对他的父母又是弟子。
